Feelings are sticky little things...

Feelings are sticky little things. For those of us who deal with insecurities, our own feelings about our self worth can really end up clouding milestones that should be celebrated or masking what should be a happiness and wrapping it up in a cloud of doubt. 

Feelings lie.

We can't live our life based on how we feel. That means relying on logic as well as heart when we make important life decisions. That means treating people with respect and love even if we have been hurt by them. That means loving and caring for ourselves even if we don't think we are worth it. That means celebrating our successes - big or small - even if our inner demons are shouting that we don't deserve it.
